  1. Three Clear Photos of the Product:

    • đŸŸĸ Side/Inner Part (if damaged)
  2. One 360° Unboxing Video:
    • 🔁 Show the product from all angles
    • đŸ“Ļ Show unboxing from the original carton
    • 🔖 Display the shipping label/delivery slip in the video
  3. Clear Photo of Carton with Shipping Label & Invoice

🔹 Step 4: How to Submit a Return Request 📝

  • 📷 Upload the required photos & video.
  • 🕒 We will review your request within 2–3 working days.

🔹 Step 5: Refund Processing đŸ’ŗ

If approved, your refund will be returned to the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

🔍 Important: Refunds will only be issued after confirmation from our supplier (e.g., CJdropshipping). Please allow 3–5 business days for supplier verification.
